Long Beach Aquarium Photographer's Night

On Sunday, October 29, the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach will have its annual Photographers Night.

I wanted to get this out to you all early so that you can purchase your tickets.

I have attended this before and it is well worth going at least once if you would like to photograph Sea Life and the only folks around you are photographers (NO Strollers or little kids getting in your way).

You are required to go to the workshop first before you are let loose into the Aquarium facility.  There are two workshops, one at 5:30PM and the other at 6:30PM.  I recommend going to the one at 5:30PM so that you have an extra hour to photograph early and it is not as crowded during the time the 6:30PM workshop is taking place.

Below is the link for more information regarding this event and to purchase your tickets:

If you do not have one, I would recommend a rubber lens hood for getting as close to the acrylic/glass without touching it with your lens.

Any questions or concerns, please let me know.

Below are some samples of what I took the last time.
